Middle Season (30/04/11-01/07/11 • 27/08/11-01/10/11) - A MINIMUN STAY OF TWO NIGHT
High Season (02/07/11-26/08/11) - A MINIMUN STAY OF TWO NIGHT

The prices are divided into two seasons (Middle and High Season) and depend on the different specification, detail and ambience of the accommodation.
The price of accommodation in “Apartments” includes the weekly housekeeping service and weekly linen change.
The accommodation in “Rooms” is inclusive of Breakfast and daily housekeeping in the mornings, and also the weekly linen change. For weekly stays the apartments and rooms are available from Saturday afternoon (check-in time: 18.00) to Saturday morning (Check-out time: 10.00).

The fee includes: Pool and Gym use, Wi-fi connection. Possibility to use the Barbecue grill. Possibility to use the mountain bikes, play tennis (in Castelraimondo, 1.5 km). Opportunity of Horseback riding (extra fee). The fee does not include: Laundry (3,50€ for each 6 kg. wash. Detergent not included),

In the winter, the Heating for the ‘Rooms’ accommodation is included in the fee, while in the ‘Apartments’ accommodation the heating expenses are not included.

Promotional offers for groups
It is possible to rent the entire Villa Casabianca 1573 for a total of 30 persons (Max). the price has to be agreed with the direction. It is only possible for groups renting the entire Villa to previously request the use of the main kitchen for eventual meals. There will be a Cook available (at euro 15/hour) to cook for you the best marchigiana and other typical Italian dishes.

Bookings, payment and cancellation terms
- Bookings can be made by fax, telephone or e-mail. At the moment of booking you will be requested a deposit of 30%, or the number of your credit card as a guarantee.
- The payment can be made by bank transfer, with credit card or cash at your arrival.
- In case of cancellation of the booking, no charges will be applied if made before 30 days of the starting date of your stay. Otherwise the deposit will not be refunded and/or your credit card will be charged the deposit.
